Symmetry understand that to achieve consistent success for our clients we need to make sure we have a well trained and highly motivated team of telemarketing professionals.

Symmetry makes significant investment in the best ongoing training for our telemarketing staff.  We consider training as a daily part of our working lives. By working with individuals on a daily basis and providing one-to-one support we can be certain we are working at our optimum level.

Off site group sessions are held outside normal working hours once a month to help us gain additional feedback on campaigns and brainstorm ways of improvement. Every member of our telemarketing team is involved in the strategy behind all our projects as they are the ones making direct contact with your customers.
