We work with many of our clients undertaking the telemarketing part of larger multi channel campaigns. We have followed up on direct-mail and e-mail marketing and even worked alongside our clients own telemarketers.
We encourage communication at all levels. If we are working closely with your field sales agents generating leads and appointments we will keep an open dialogue with them. With direct feedback we can adjust and improve our service to suit each individual member of your team.

How do you charge for your telemarketing services?
We charge an initial setup fee to cover the cost of implementing the campaign data into our CRM software and the training of the telemarketers that will work on the campaign.
We then charge a daily rate per telemarketer for the duration of the pilot project or contract.
Do I have to have to sign a contract before we run a pilot?
No, running a pilot will allow you and us to establish whether a telemarketing campaign is right for you. At the end of our pilot we will review the results we have achieved and talk about a longer term strategy.
Why should I sign a contract with you?
We will do everything we possibly can to make sure your pilot is as successful as possible as we want to work with you long term. Many of our clients choose to work with us on contract to secure our services and form part of their ongoing marketing strategy.
